PAUL’S

PAUL’S is a local neighborhood bar located at 283 Nostrand Ave. It was ‘PAUL’S DAIRY’ in the 1940’s. Soooo, we’re bringing it back. But replacing the majority of the dairy with booze.

We serve a menu consisting of locally grow fruits and vegetables. The owner comes from a small farm family in New York and that’s where we get all our produce.

We get seafood from someone whose family has been in the fish business for generations. His father was a fish monger, so was his fatehers’ father and the father before him. In addition, we also get fresh seafood from Joey for Shipwreck a block away, Joey picks up fresh seafood every morning.

We serve DBD chocolates, which is owned by a Brooklyn born and raised chocolatier. Damian makes chocolates exclusively to pair with certain local liquor and wine we carry. We are beyond lucky to have him be part of the team:) It is a treat in itself (no pun intended).

PAUL’S is partnered with a neighborhood fundraiser program in Bedstuy, through SUS. Once a month, the owner bartends and she donates 100% of her tips to a program through the Marcy houses, a few blocks away. This particular program helps to fund formerly homeless adults with disabilities.

Our goal is to eat, drink while having fun and great conversation (that usually has no filter. We strive in giving back to the same neighborhood and community that has show a lot of love to us.
